Snowbird's flagship resort, The Cliff, is a steel-and-concrete bunker of a resort, built to withstand avalanches. Still, it seems every space has a huge window with a snow-draped view. Everything you need - when you're not actually skiing - is within one building. So you can ditch the snow pants, heavy jacket and gloves and head to the restaurants, shopping and the spa.

Resort Fee:
$20.00 per room per night will be added to the guestroom charges and paid by the individuals as an incidental charge.

Includes high-speed wireless internet in guest rooms and public areas, USA Today, in-room coffee, valet and self parking at the Cliff Lodge, 800 number phone calls, incoming and outgoing faxes and 15 minutes of daily computer internet usage at the business center.

Ice skating, beginner-hill night skiing on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, overnight ski and snowboard storage, weekly ski and snowboard movies, UTA shuttle service between Snowbird and Alta Resorts.

Room Tax/Net Rates:
All rates are net/non-commissionable and are exclusive of the current 11.55% Utah state sales tax and current resort fee. The current taxes and fees in effect at the time of your meeting will apply.

Four Night Mimimum Stay:
During the months of January, February and March, Snowbird requires a four-night minimum stay if a Friday or Saturday is included in the room block. Participants arriving early or staying over on a Friday or Saturday night will be subject to our group weekend rates on a space available basis.

Group Room Block Cut-Off:
Room reservations must be received by January 2, 2009 (Extended).

Reservation Method:
Individuals Call-in - Guests will make own lodging reservations directly with Snowbird's Central Reservation Office by calling 1-800-453-3000 or by emailing lodging@snowbird.com. Individuals are encouraged to identify themselves as part of the group block to receive the discounted group rate.

Lodging Deposit:
A two-night deposit per room is required at time the reservation is made. Full payment of room and tax is required 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, the rooms will be released.

Check In/Out:
Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. and is guaranteed by 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage is available through bell service for guests arriving prior to check-in time and for those involved in meetings or activities that extend past check-out time.

Airport Transportation:
Airport shuttles may be arranged through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Current round trip pre-paid price is $60.00 per person, plus driver gratuity. Prices subject to change. Walk-ups are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
